I think this cleaver design is a real win for MINI. Many car manufactures feel they need to restyle their electric cars so that people know that they are driving. This can lead to some awkward designs that try to hard to be futuristic.

This MINI Electric is referred to as a Level 3. All MINI Electric share the same battery capacity, motor and range. The level number references the equipment the car has with 3 being the top specification. This car is equipped with features & options that include a panoramic glass sunroof, Apple Car Play, heated front seats, head-up display and a reversing assist camera.

The MINI Electric is powered by a 135kW motor that is equivalent to 184 BHP. It has a manufacture range of 145 miles and if you plugged it in to a charger located on Douglas promenade 3 hours charging would give you approximately 100 miles range at a cost of £6.

The fact that this car is powered by electric does not detract from its core mission to offer go-kart like handling and maximum fun. It actually enhances the performance thanks to the instant torque offered by the electric motor.
